Instead, companies are turning to more traditional methods such as job boards and social networks, including Linkedin, to attract active job seekers, as well as counting on their employees to bring in their friends and acquaintances.
But here's the thing: these companies are struggling. They aren't using Linkedin correctly or any other sourcing methods, for that matter and they were left stressed and shorthanded and most important, unable to meet their recruitment goals.
